数控多孔钻床DKZ-3组合钻机床自动精密数控钻孔攻丝机多孔钻

多孔轮辐钻床机是我公司自行研制开发的，适用于轮盘螺栓的镗、剪、锪孔加工，进给采用液压和电动控制，安全可靠。该机精度高，刚性好， 操作简单，维修方便，缺点高，可大大降低劳动强度，是轮辋制造的理想加工设备。

本机共有12个型号，分别是：190、203.2、205、208、222.25、225、275、285、285.75、335、3770、425。

This machine,researched and developed by us ,is applied to do boring,scissoring and spot facing to bolts of wheel disc.Its feeding is controlled by both hydraulic and electric which are very safe and reliable.This machine enjoys high precision,good rigidity,easy operation,convenient maintenance,high deficiency,could largely reduce labor's working intensity.It is a necessary ideal processing equipment for wheel rim manufacturing.

Porous drill

1. Uses and Features:

It is used for the reaming and countersinking of the spoke bolt holes.

2. Process quality requirements for porous drill products:

●The surface roughness Ra of the machined bolt holes is: 6.3.

●Accuracy tolerance of bolt hole diameter after machining: diameter tolerance≤±0.10mm, position tolerance≤0.30mm

●Production time: 2 pieces/min.

●Processing range: spoke outer diameter φ350～φ620, thickness 9～18mm, height 30～160mm

3. Process flow:

●Processing process: workpiece positioning table -- fast forward -- work advance -- reaming, countersinking hole -- fast backward -- stop -- take out the workpiece.
